1. What We Offer

​

We deliver freshly prepared Indian tiffins to your doorstep or make them available for pickup.

​

Details:

• Our tiffins are homemade with love, ensuring an authentic taste of India.

• You can choose between home delivery or picking up your meal from our location.

​

2. Subscription & Refund Policy

​

Start Date:

• Your subscription begins on the date you select when signing up.

​

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancel within 3 days from the subscription start date for a full refund.

• If you’ve already received half a month of tiffins, refunds won’t be available.

​

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be sent via the original payment method within 7 business days.

​

Subscription Hold Option:

• If you need a break, you can pause your subscription.

• Any unused days will be saved and added to your next subscription period.

​

Next Month Renewal:

• Customers must inform us at least 3 days before the end of the current month if they wish to continue their subscription for the next month.

​

3. Delivery Policy

​

Service Area:

• Delivery is available in Abbotsford.

​

Charges:

• Free Delivery: For addresses within 3 km of our location.

• $20/month Charge: For addresses 3 km or farther.

​

Schedule:

• Deliveries happen Monday to Saturday.

• No deliveries on Sundays and the last weekend of every month.

• Delivery Time: Between 2 PM and 5 PM.

​

Customer Responsibility:

• Someone should be home to accept the tiffin.

• If not, please provide a secure box with a lid to protect the food from weather and animals.

4. Payment Policy

• Cash

• Interac e-transfer

​

When to Pay:

• Full payment is required at the start of your subscription.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed allergies.

Delivery Problems:

• We’re not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.

​

Food Safety:

• Tiffins should be eaten soon after delivery to ensure freshness and quality.
